The company is committed to maintain Quality at all levels and This has enabled the company to get approval of ISO 9001 –2001 approval from TUV of Germany for the unit to gain confidence of customers.We have two Manufacturing units at Ambattur Industrial estate ,Chennai , S.India .Both Units comprises of over 20000 sqft covered Area and around 50000 Sqft of Uncovered Area with the latest modern Machinery and Equipments like CNC's, Center Lathes, Milling machines, Grinders.
Stages of inspection
- In process inspection of Raw materials,
- Work in process inspection at various stages of manufacture,
- Gauges used extensively to ensure reliabilty of operation Process .
- Final Inspection prior to despatch
- Packing are as per standard practices.
